Shipping policy

We ship to US addresses only. Each product ships from its own warehouse, so here is how shipping works for each.

Steriflo HEPA Flow Hood

  • Ships from: our warehouse in Elk Grove, California.
  • Processing: 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery: about 7 days after it ships.
  • Shipping cost: free.
  • Tracking: you get a tracking number by email when it ships.

68-Quart Monotub

  • Ships from: our overseas warehouse.
  • Processing: 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery: about 4 weeks after it ships.
  • Shipping cost: $85 per 3-tub bundle. Monotubs are sold in bundles of 3 (buy 2, get 1 free).
  • Tracking: you get a tracking number by email when it ships.

Ordering both

If your order includes a flow hood and monotubs, they ship separately from different warehouses and will arrive on different dates. Each has its own tracking number.

Damaged in transit

If anything arrives damaged, email photos of the item and packaging to hello@gro-myco.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
