Refund policy

30-day returns

• You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
• The buyer pays return shipping.
• Email hello@gro-myco.com before sending anything back, and we will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we will let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it.
• Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email photos to hello@gro-myco.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair, replace or refund at no cost to you, including shipping.

12-month warranty (Steriflo HEPA Flow Hood)

• The Steriflo is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the day it arrives.
• If a part or the unit fails from a defect, we repair or replace it.
• The warranty does not cover filter wear from normal use, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.
